Transparency starts with accurate information
Report or update
a listing.
Raise a concern about a facility or help us reflect a change in its registration status. Both options open your email app — there are no online forms.
Raise a concern
Report an unlicensed or non-compliant rehab
Tell us the facility’s name and location, its website or social media links, what you observed and any supporting evidence. Include dates where possible and distinguish first-hand observations from information received from others.
Report a rehabReports are kept confidential and reviewed carefully. Please do not include patient details. Email cannot guarantee absolute security; disclosure may be required by law.
A report is not a finding of wrongdoing. Registration and compliance concerns should also be raised with the relevant authority. ARATC is not a regulator or an emergency service.
Keep the record current
Request a status update
If your facility has since become registered, ask us to review its listing. Include the facility name, registration or licence number, issuing department (such as the Department of Social Development), and registration or issue date.
Request a status updatePlease attach the registration certificate yourself before sending. Remove unnecessary personal information. Email links cannot attach documents automatically.
Updates will be made after the supporting information has been checked with the relevant issuing authority. Submitting a request does not automatically change a listing or establish full compliance.
Protect privacy. Do not send patient names, medical records, identity documents or other sensitive personal information. Redact these details from any supporting evidence. For immediate danger or urgent medical needs, contact local emergency services — do not wait for an email reply.
